Established in 2002, Adonai Business Solutions, LLC, an executive virtual assistance company, has worked with small business owners in the Real Estate and Business Coaching industries to create and implement systems to help them run their businesses more efficiently. “Looking at where our clients are at and helping them get to where they want to be is something we have a great deal of passion about” says Owner, Kristi Pavlik.

Kristi Pavlik, Owner and CEO – Kristi has been in the administrative management field for over 13 years, working with such industries as associations, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and business coaching. Kristi has the unique ability to look past all the “fluff” and really get to the heart of what each of her clients needs are. She then provides her clients with the best possible solutions and virtual assistants to implement those solutions. Kristi has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Organizational Development and is certified with both the AssistU and IREAA programs.

Tina Campbell, Listing Coordinator Specialist - Tina Campbell, NAR REPA, CRESS, PREVA, CREA, has been a virtual assistant since October of 2001. She developed her practice in the real estate niche in 2003 and hasn't looked back. Highly educated and certified in the real estate industry, Tina's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction make her a great team player.

Kathy Vlietstra, Virtual Assistant - Kathy has over 20 years of professional experience in the corporate world where she served as an Internet Project Manager and Administrative Assistant. Kathy is well versed in all Microsoft software products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and Outlook. Kathy is a tremendous asset to our team and has the unique ability to keep us on track and in finding us ways to manage the internal processes that go with running a small business.
